FIDO'S DAY TRAINING INSTRUCTORS

             

                   

Need a little extra training for Fido and don't have time?  The Fortunate Fido Day Training Team (Gayle, Ginger, Paige, and Matt) just might be right for you!  We specialize in supplying a mentally and physically challenging day for Fido.  Whether he experiences issues with greeting other dogs and/or people; guards food or toys or just needs a little assistance learning to play properly with his other canine friends.  Fido can stay with us all day while you are working and you will be given a written progress report and a demonstration of what training goals were worked on when you pick him up. 

All potential Fidos must be evaluated so that everyone stays safe and has fun!

FIDO'S LESSONS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Individualized training sessions throughout the day
  • Identification and instruction for specific behavior issues
  • Games with people that encourage good behavior
  • Required quiet time with stuffed kongs or bones
  • Play time when necessary with chosen friends which is completely supervised, limited and kept small in number
  • We supply Merrick lamb lung treats and Natural Balance soft food rolls for training (if Fido has a special diet-please supply us with those special treats)

DAY TRAINING POLICIES

Please download, complete and sign the Fido Profile and Day Training Registration and Waiver Forms and bring them with you along with a copy of Fido's vaccination records. 

All Fidos must arrive collared and on-leash and have made a potty pitstop before entering the building.  Acceptable collars are flat buckle or martingale collars.  Choke chains and prong collars are not acceptable due to the injury or damage that can occur to Fido.  If you do not have an acceptable collar, one can be purchased in the office. 

Day Training MONDAYS only

Half Day Hours: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Drop off by 9am and Pickup by 1pm           

Full Day Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm
Drop off between 7:30am and 10am, pickup between 4pm and 5pm
